Upcoming Events

Friday, 4th July at 5:00pm
Join us for our annual Summer Fair, organised by the PTA, for an evening of fun, games and community vibes. There’ll be stalls, tasty treats, raffles, and loads of activities for the kids (and grown-ups!) to enjoy. Every penny raised goes straight back into supporting our school.

We need your help

The Summer Fair can’t happen without volunteers.
We need at least 15 helpers at all times to run the event safely and smoothly. To keep things fair and manageable, we’re asking parents, grandparents, and friends of the school to give just 1 hour of their time. Every single offer of help makes a difference!

The 2025 PTA Fundraising Challenge

Embsay PTA are challenging you to raise £20.25 or more in any way you can think of – be as creative as you wish! You can work individually, with your siblings or with a group of friends.

£2,900+

collectively raised by our amazing children so far this year!

Book Sponsorship

Thanks to the generosity of our wonderful parents, local businesses and even members of the school community from across the globe, we were able to purchase the full set of Books for Topics Recommended Reads. The set consists of a list of 50 books per year group that have been specially picked out for reading for pleasure. The lists are designed to provide recommendations of age-appropriate and accessible books across a range of genres and styles.
On the day the Recommended Reads were delivered, some members of the PTA attended a collective worship in school and enjoyed seeing the joy on the children’s faces as they were told about these new books.

Pre-loved Uniform Sale

Edwin in Year 2 is raising money by running a pre-loved uniform sale. Current availability is listed at the link below. If you’d like to purchase anything, please reach out to Judith Garforth or contact us.

Volunteer Sign-Up Form

As a thanks for helping out, we’ll give each volunteer a free drinks token. Roles will be outlined on the day. Your support is massively appreciated, thank you.
